If you asked me to describe myself, I’d tell you that I’m a wife to my wonderful husband Spencer, and a mama to two awesome boys.
I love good tea, sleeping with the windows open, bike rides through Falls Park, and crafting away stress. Lately, I’ve been involved in a full-blown love affair with quilting and Project Life.
I live in beautiful Greenville, SC, but I work with clients all over the world.
This is what I do.
I build websites for people and businesses.
I’ve been building websites since 1998 (Angelfire, anyone?), and since 2007, I have professionally built sites for bloggers, entrepreneurs, startups, mom and pop shops, non-profits, small businesses, and large corporations. I build my sites on WordPress, an easy-to-use content management system that makes it easy for you to update and maintain your website.
And if you find yourself needing an extra hand with the day-to-day updates your website needs, hire me to help with site updates, new posts, new content, site changes, site and database clean up, and monthly maintenance.
I help freelancers get more work done.
I am familiar with both front-end and back-end website operations, and I assist graphic and web designers with the random work that allows them to focus on what’s most important to them. With experience in PHP, CSS, MySQL and PHPmyAdmin, I can help with framework installations, website moves, and maintenance tasks, to name a few.
This is why you should hire me.
First and foremost, I’m a marketer at heart.
I like pretty, but I love effective. If your website and content are nice and fluffy but don’t deliver the goods, then what’s the point? Anyone with a little knowledge can throw together a website nowadays, but few have the skilled knowledge to take it to the next level and make it work for you. My background is in marketing, so I know what makes people click.
I deliver on time, all the time.
Your projects are important so when we set a deadline, I stick to it. You will never be held up from moving forward because of me. If we build a website together, you’ll have a timeline before work even starts. And if you hire me for maintenance, updates are always complete within 24 business hours.
