I’m glad you’re here. I blog about the things I am most passionate about, and I can sum easily it up in three words:

work, life & craft.

This includes posts about marketing your small business, following your dreams, setting obtainable goals, living frugally, facing fears and failure, my life experiences, and the fun little things that keep me sane.

I post on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and you can stay updated by subscribing via RSS or via email, or just by checking in here from time to time.

What I Do

Being debt-free and gaining financial freedom is one of my and my hubby’s ultimate life goals, so we are working Dave Ramsey’s Total Money Makeover plan to make that dream a reality. We’re podcasting our experience from start to finish and welcome you to listen in and join the conversation.

Every day is another chance to be creative! Be inspired by artists and crafters from around the world, tell us who inspires you, and challenge yourself with new ideas. Craft & Creative is currently on hiatus and will reveal its shiny new persona in Fall 2010.

About Me

I love helping others.

Okay, I know that’s a bit cliché, but it’s true. It’s the reason I get up in the morning.

I thrive on creativity and having varied interests. I’m a quirky person. I used to fight it years ago, but there’s just no changing who you are at your deepest core. In fact, that’s a part of what what makes you remarkable, although sometimes it threatens those that are boring and mundane. I’ve learned to embrace it.

I have lofty goals and challenge myself daily. Although I’m a perfectionist at times, there’s no such thing as perfect timing. My life is now, and so is yours. It’s never too late to live your dreams.

I have a few fun things in the works. I like to focus my attention on the things I’m passionate about. Focus on your passions and the money will follow.

I started this blog because I wanted to share my experiences online and learn from others in the process. It’s a mashup of all my interests, but the topics usually revolve around work, life and crafting.
