My goal for this year is to lose 50 pounds and to develop a workout schedule that I can be consistent with each week. I think for now that means that I’ll do a lot of walking/jogging, and I’ll be listening to lots of Indie Soup Runner and DJ Count’s new wave mixes. Over the course of the year, I’ll be cutting out alcohol, caffeine and sugar completely. I’ll continue to focus on eating whole foods and growing a sustainable garden. Alas, we have too much shade and gardens don't grow there. Someday we hope to build a house and one of my requisites in looking for property is to find a place that has lots of room for gardening.
