I’m participating in Gwen Bell’s Best of 2009 blog challenge so each day (hopefully each day), you’ll see a short post here recapping the best events of 2009. It will be fun to reflect on this year and show gratitude as I move into 2010. Will you join me?

The best trip of 2009 was a last-minute day trip to go hiking at a state park with the family. We made lots of discoveries and great memories. Sometimes, it’s the little things that have the biggest impact.
