PB Squared – a new spin on a new classic
My family loves peanut butter. We’re like Bubba Gump with his shrimp. If it’s edible, you can probably put peanut butter on it.
Emily from Curly Top came up with the glorious concoction that is PBU. It’s a budget-conscious lower calorie version of the peanutty stuff, but it’s a little too creamy for our tastes. We prefer the thick all-natural peanut butter with a rich peanut taste, so I modified Emily’s recipe accordingly.
PB Squared
1 cup all-natural peanut butter
1 cup vanilla almond milk
Stir, stir, stir.
That’s it! You end up with yummy peanut butter spread that’s easier on the body and friendlier on the wallet.
